Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively acquire new clients and expand the branch's deposit and loan portfolio.
- Provide comprehensive financial advice and tailor product solutions to meet client needs.
- Execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed assigned monthly branch targets.
- Maintain high levels of customer service to ensure client retention and satisfaction.
- Conduct outbound calls, site visits, and networking activities to generate leads.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and monitor pipeline performance regularly.
- Collaborate with branch operations and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or any related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of proven sales experience in banking or financial services.
- Strong background in deposit mobilization, credit card sales, or loan applications.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills in both English and Filipino.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, target-driven environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, goal-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and banking CRM software.
