Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and engage with potential clients to introduce Security Bank products and services.
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and offering tailored financial solutions.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure high retention rates.
- Assist in the daily operations of the branch, including cash handling and document processing when required.
- Stay updated on market trends and bank products to provide accurate information to clients.
- Collaborate with the branch manager and team to achieve branch-wide objectives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in any field from a reputable university.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or banking.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Highly self-motivated, energetic, and willing to work flexible hours including weekends.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using banking software.
