Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and acquire new customers for various bank products including deposits, loans, and investment services.
- Conduct proactive business development activities to expand the branch’s market share in the Clark and Angeles area.
- Provide expert financial advice tailored to individual client needs and long-term goals.
- Manage and grow an existing portfolio of clients by ensuring consistent customer satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare sales reports and participate in regular performance reviews to track progress against KPIs.
- Collaborate with branch team members to ensure seamless service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Represent Security Bank in local community events and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or any related field.
- At least 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or relationship management within the banking or financial services industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of financial products, market trends, and banking regulations.
- Results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with diverse client segments.
- Residency in or willingness to work within Clark/Angeles, Pampanga.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and banking software applications.
