Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively acquire new clients and expand the bank's customer base within the branch territory.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed individual and branch sales targets.
- Introduce and cross-sell Security Bank products and services, including loans, deposits, and insurance, tailored to client needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service and financial counseling to ensure high client satisfaction and retention rates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the branch manager and team to achieve operational efficiency and branch goals.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to effectively position the bank's offerings.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in any field from a reputable university.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, banking, or financial services (fresh graduates with strong sales potential may be considered).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a persuasive and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software.
