Tanggung Jawab
- Achieve and exceed branch sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) through effective execution of sales strategies.
- Promote and cross-sell Security Bank’s diverse range of financial products, including loans, savings accounts, and insurance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure high customer retention and satisfaction.
- Manage daily branch operations to ensure a smooth, professional, and secure customer experience.
- Coordinate with the branch manager to implement marketing initiatives and community outreach programs.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential markets within the Meycauayan and Bulacan vicinity.
- Ensure strict compliance with bank policies, regulatory requirements, and security protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or any related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in sales, banking, or financial services.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and bank management systems.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and customer service orientation.
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays as required.
