Tanggung Jawab
- Drive branch sales objectives by promoting and cross-selling banking products (loans, deposits, insurance, investments)
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular consultations and needs-based financial planning
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements
- Conduct market analysis to identify business opportunities and competitive threats
- Collaborate with branch teams to ensure seamless customer service experience
- Prepare sales reports and performance metrics for management review
- Participate in branch initiatives to enhance customer acquisition and retention
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years sales experience in banking/financial services sector
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build rapport
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets in customer-facing roles
- Knowledge of banking products and financial regulations (BSP, AML)
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Valid NBI clearance and willingness to undergo background checks
