Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily branch operations and sales targets to ensure operational excellence.
- Lead and execute dealer recruitment strategies to expand the network base.
- Conduct comprehensive onboarding sessions and product training for new recruits.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and implement strategies to drive growth.
- Motivate and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and business partners in the region.
- Prepare and analyze weekly or monthly sales reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in sales or direct selling.
- Strong leadership experience with a track record of managing teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel within the region as required.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
