Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and motivate sales teams to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Recruit, train, and onboard new dealers to expand branch network
- Develop and execute field sales strategies in assigned territories
- Conduct regular dealer visits for performance coaching and support
- Monitor sales metrics and implement improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with marketing teams on promotional campaigns
