- Recruit, onboard, and train new dealers to meet company standards and performance expectations
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing dealers through regular communication and support

- Monitor dealer performance metrics and implement corrective actions to ensure target achievement
- Coordinate dealer incentive programs to boost motivation and sales performance

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years in sales management or dealer development role
- Proven track record in recruiting and managing dealer networks
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Experience with sales performance metrics and KPI analysis
- Knowledge of local market dynamics in Oriental Mindoro
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
