Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key dealers and retail partners
- Conduct regular branch visits to provide sales support and product training
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Implement sales strategies to increase product visibility and market share
- Monitor team performance through KPIs and provide actionable feedback

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales management or dealer relations
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and team leadership
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in sales analytics and CRM systems
- Knowledge of Batangas market and distribution channels
- Ability to work independently and make data-driven decisions
