Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans for the branch
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and key stakeholders
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction at all times
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team capabilities
- Manage inventory and ensure optimal stock levels
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- At least 3 years of experience in sales management or supervisory role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of direct selling industry and sales methodologies
- Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions
