Tanggung Jawab
- Recruit, onboard, and train new dealers to expand our network in Pila, Laguna
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing dealers through regular communication and support
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve growth targets
- Conduct dealer visits to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and foster long-term partnerships
- Develop and execute sales promotions to boost product visibility and dealer engagement
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to dealers to maximize their effectiveness
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of sales supervisory experience in retail/distribution
- Proven track record in recruiting and managing dealer networks
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and develop teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in sales reporting tools and CRM systems
- Deep knowledge of the Pila, Laguna market is advantageous
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
