Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and motivate branch sales team to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with key dealers and business partners
- Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the Santo Tomas market
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal product availability
- Conduct regular sales training and performance coaching sessions
- Analyze sales data and prepare performance reports for management
- Resolve customer inquiries and ensure high service standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years sales experience with 1+ years in supervisory role
- Proven track record in building dealer relationships and sales leadership
- Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in sales reporting tools and inventory management systems
- Knowledge of direct-selling industry best practices
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
