Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute aggressive recruitment strategies to grow the branch dealer network.
- Conduct regular training sessions, orientations, and product knowledge seminars for new and existing dealers.
- Monitor and analyze daily branch sales performance, identifying areas for growth and improvement.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with Top Dealers to ensure high retention and loyalty.
- Lead and motivate the branch sales team to consistently exceed monthly and annual targets.
- Oversee local marketing activities and community engagement programs to increase brand visibility.
- Collaborate with the logistics and inventory teams to ensure product availability for the dealer network.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of supervisory experience in Sales, ideally within the Direct Selling, FMCG, or Retail sectors.
- Proven track record in recruitment and network expansion within a commission-based environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Filipino (knowledge of Chavacano is a plus).
- Strong leadership capability with a focus on coaching and mentoring diverse teams.
- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to conduct field work and travel within Zamboanga City and surrounding areas.
