Join Bank KEB Hana Indonesia as a Branch Service Manager and lead our operations in the Jakarta Barat - Tangerang area. This pivotal role requires strategic oversight of all branch activities, ensuring seamless transaction services and operational excellence. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and control all operational activities and transaction services at the branch
- Ensure strict adherence to banking regulations, policies, and compliance standards
- Lead branch staff through effective coaching, performance management, and training programs
- Monitor service quality metrics and implement improvements to enhance customer experience
- Oversee branch security protocols and risk management procedures
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and operational KPIs
- Coordinate with support departments to resolve complex customer issues
- Prepare comprehensive branch performance reports for senior management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of banking experience with 2+ years in branch management
- Proven track record in team leadership and operational supervision
- Strong knowledge of banking products, services, and regulatory frameworks
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Proficient in banking software systems and MS Office applications
- Experience managing branches in the Jakarta/Tangerang region preferred
- Certification in banking operations or risk management advantageous
