Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee the daily operations and workflow of the branch to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Ensure all financial transactions, deposits, withdrawals, and settlements are accurate and compliant with regulations.
  • Lead, train, and mentor a team of tellers and support staff to improve performance and morale.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch targets, including sales and operational KPIs.
  • Monitor branch cash flow and manage inventory securely to prevent discrepancies.
  • Handle complex customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure strict adherence to internal control policies, risk management, and audit requirements.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in banking operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Strong understanding of retail banking products, compliance, and financial reporting standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Valid driver’s license (preferred for regional travel).
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (preferred).
