Join Jaens Spa Ubud as a Branch Spa Supervisor and lead our premium wellness destination in Gianyar, Bali. This pivotal role requires comprehensive operational management expertise to ensure exceptional guest experiences while maintaining industry-leading service standards. You'll oversee daily spa operations, staff coordination, and quality control in our serene Ubud retreat. The ideal candidate combines hospitality leadership with deep knowledge of spa therapies, inventory management, and customer satisfaction strategies. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily spa operations including staff scheduling, treatment bookings, and service delivery
- Train and mentor spa therapists on service protocols, product knowledge, and guest interaction
- Monitor inventory levels of spa products and supplies, coordinating procurement needs
- Implement and maintain health/safety compliance standards and sanitation protocols
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure personalized service experiences
- Develop and execute promotional strategies to attract new clientele and retain loyal customers
- Prepare operational reports including revenue, customer feedback, and performance metrics
- Collaborate with management to implement brand standards and operational improvements
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years experience in spa management or supervisory role within hospitality
- Proven leadership skills with ability to motivate and develop diverse teams
- Strong understanding of spa treatments, wellness therapies, and industry best practices
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Certification in spa management, cosmetology, or related field preferred
- Proficient in scheduling software, inventory management systems, and POS platforms
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of local tourism market and cultural sensitivity in service delivery
