Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily branch operations including staff scheduling, workflow optimization, and performance monitoring
- Manage inventory control systems to ensure stock accuracy and prevent shortages
- Implement and maintain quality control standards for service delivery
- Train, mentor, and evaluate branch staff to enhance productivity and professional growth
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to senior management
- Prepare operational reports and analyze key performance indicators
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures
- Collaborate with logistics and manufacturing teams to coordinate supply chain activities
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years in supervisory or management role, preferably in retail, logistics, or manufacturing
- Strong leadership abilities with proven team management experience
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and basic accounting software
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as required
