SSL 888 TRADING CORPORATION, a key player in the Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics industry, is looking for a proactive and results-driven Branch Supervisor to oversee our store operations in Dasmarinas City, Cavite. As a Branch Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing daily store activities, leading a team, and ensuring operational excellence. You will play a crucial role in driving sales, maintaining inventory accuracy, and delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily store operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales and logistics staff to achieve performance targets.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Oversee the safety and security of the store, including adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and analyze reports on sales performance, expenses, and team productivity.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
- Train, coach, and evaluate team members to enhance their skills and career development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience in retail, manufacturing, or logistics environments.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Proven ability to manage inventory, sales processes, and team performance.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to be assigned in Dasmarinas City, Cavite and work on a full-time schedule.
