- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, sorting, and storing packages
- Lead and manage a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support
- Optimize workflow processes to improve productivity and efficiency
- Implement and maintain inventory management systems
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Train and develop team members to enhance performance
- Monitor key performance indicators and prepare operational reports
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth logistics operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in warehouse or logistics management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
