Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and supervise branch staff to ensure optimal performance and team cohesion.
- Monitor daily branch operations to maintain productivity targets and process efficiency.
- Oversee customer service standards, ensuring all client interactions are professional and effective.
- Manage branch inventory, safety protocols, and facility maintenance to meet corporate standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve local market reach and branch sales targets.
- Generate and analyze daily/weekly operational reports for management review.
- Resolve customer escalations and operational bottlenecks in a timely, solution-oriented manner.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of supervisory or management experience in manufacturing, logistics, or transport sectors.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and Filipino.
- Proven ability to manage branch budgets and inventory systems effectively.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and branch management software.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and the ability to work under minimal supervision in a high-pressure environment.
