Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the Toby's Sports branch to ensure smooth workflow and high efficiency.
- Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team of sales associates to achieve individual and store performance targets.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries and complaints effectively and professionally.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and maintain accurate visual merchandising standards.
- Analyze sales data and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and improve store profitability.
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss performance, goals, and operational updates.
- Handle cash handling, store administration, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a retail supervisory or management role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, manage, and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts as required.
