Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor branch staff to achieve sales targets and performance KPIs.
- Implement process improvements to streamline operational productivity and reduce costs.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Manage inventory levels, stock control, and merchandising standards.
- Prepare regular performance reports and maintain accurate branch records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and professional standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a retail environment, preferably in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
- Possess at least an SPM qualification with minimum Grade B in Mathematics and Grade A in Bahasa Melayu.
- Demonstrated ability to perform effectively and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to operational improvement.
- Excellent communication and leadership capabilities to manage diverse teams.
- Ability to interpret performance data to drive branch success.
