- Lead, motivate, and manage the branch team, including coaches, front desk staff, and operations personnel, fostering a positive and high-performance work environment.
- Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring the highest standards of facility maintenance, safety, and cleanliness.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive membership growth, program participation, and overall branch revenue.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and member satisfaction through proactive engagement and effective resolution of inquiries or concerns.
- Manage branch budgets, financial reporting, and inventory control effectively.
- Plan and execute engaging tennis programs, events, and tournaments for members of all ages and skill levels.
- Foster strong relationships with local communities, schools, and organizations to enhance brand visibility and outreach.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and local regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably within sports, hospitality, or recreation industries.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a diverse team.
- Strong business acumen, including experience with budget management and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in English; fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is highly advantageous.
- A passion for tennis or sports, with a good understanding of facility operations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by the business.
