  • Actively engage with potential customers at roadshows, events, and central subzone locations to promote renewable energy products.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations that highlight cost savings and environmental benefits.
  • Identify and qualify leads through proactive face-to-face interactions and relationship building.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Maintain a professional and positive brand image at all times, serving as the primary point of contact for the public.
  • Provide daily reports on customer feedback, market trends, and lead generation outcomes to the management team.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize booth layouts and promotional strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and competitor offerings to provide accurate information to clients.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience in sales, retail, brand representation, or a customer-facing role is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a target-driven environment.
  • A strong interest in environmental issues and the renewable energy industry.
  • Professional appearance and a confident, energetic demeanor.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or public holidays, to align with event schedules.
  • Native or professional proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus for engaging diverse demographics).
  • Resilience and a positive attitude when handling objections or rejections.
