In this role, you will act as the face of the world's most innovative household technology brand, providing world-class service to customers and showcasing the superior engineering behind Dyson's product range.

Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer service by demonstrating product features and benefits of the Dyson range.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive customer engagement.
- Manage end-to-end retail transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Maintain high standards of store visual merchandising and display according to brand guidelines.
- Ensure inventory accuracy through regular stock counts and efficient stock replenishment processes.
- Support store operations, including opening and closing procedures, to ensure a seamless shopping environment.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; Diploma or Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Previous experience in premium retail, luxury beauty, or consumer electronics is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical features simply and persuasively.
- High level of integrity, punctuality, and a professional, well-groomed appearance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle rotating shift schedules.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Strong customer-centric mindset with a friendly and approachable personality.
