Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of brand management experience in FMCG or premium beverage sector
- Proven track record in launching and growing brands in emerging markets
- Strong analytical skills with experience in market research and consumer behavior
- Excellent project management abilities with cross-functional leadership experience
