- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive demand for LinuxONE and zHardware solutions
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities within assigned territory
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key decision-makers
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and technical presentations
- Collaborate with technical teams to design customized enterprise solutions
- Manage entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to refine sales approaches
- Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets and KPIs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in B2B enterprise technology sales
- Proven track record meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Deep knowledge of mainframe systems and enterprise computing
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, SAP CRM) and sales automation
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in IBM z Systems or Linux is highly desirable
- Fluency in English and Tagalog
