Tanggung Jawab
- Mix and knead dough using precise measurements and high-quality ingredients according to recipes.
- Operate industrial baking ovens and proofers to achieve the perfect texture and crust on all products.
- Produce a diverse menu of bread items, including bagels, baguettes, and specialty loaves.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace in strict compliance with food safety regulations.
- Monitor product quality throughout the baking process and upon final inspection.
- Manage inventory levels of flour, yeast, and other baking supplies to minimize waste.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen staff to ensure timely service and workflow efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in a bakery or food production environment.
- In-depth knowledge of bread varieties, fermentation methods, and dough handling.
- Ability to work in a standing position for long durations and handle physical tasks.
- Strong understanding of food hygiene, safety, and sanitation protocols.
- Attention to detail with a focus on consistency and quality control.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic literacy in following recipes and measuring ingredients accurately.
