Tanggung Jawab
- Operate packaging machinery to wrap and seal bread products according to company standards.
- Inspect products for quality defects and remove any items that do not meet specifications.
- Ensure labels, batch numbers, and expiry dates are printed accurately on packaging.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation to ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Monitor production output and report any mechanical issues to the supervisor immediately.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of finished goods onto pallets for transport.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production quotas and delivery schedules.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent education level.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive physical tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict food hygiene protocols.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or food processing plant is an advantage but not required.
- Ability to work on a shift rotation basis, including weekends and public holidays if necessary.
- Demonstrated reliability and a positive attitude toward workplace safety.
