Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee the daily production and preparation of all-day dining menu items, including breakfast buffet and à la carte dishes.
  • Ensure the highest standards of food quality, taste, and presentation are consistently met.
  • Manage and maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic kitchen station in compliance with HACCP and safety regulations.
  • Assist the Chef de Partie in menu planning, recipe development, and inventory management.
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff to foster skill development and team cohesion.
  • Monitor food cost and waste, implementing measures to optimize efficiency.
  • Collaborate with front-of-house team to ensure timely and accurate service.
  • Handle special dietary requests and adapt dishes accordingly.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or certificate in Culinary Arts or equivalent professional training.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Commis Chef or Demi Chef in a hotel or high-volume restaurant.
  • Strong knowledge of breakfast cooking techniques and buffet presentation.
  • Valid HACCP or food safety certification.
  • Ability to work early morning shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
