Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Plant Breeding, Agronomy, or Agricultural Sciences
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in plant breeding roles

- Strong understanding of tropical crop physiology and breeding challenges
- Experience with field trial management and data collection systems
