Are you a passionate craft beer enthusiast with a keen eye for detail? Brewerkz is seeking a dedicated and hands-on Brewer / Cellarman to join our production team in Tai Seng. As a pioneer in the Singapore craft beer scene, we take pride in brewing high-quality, innovative beers that define our brand. In this role, you will be the backbone of our brewhouse, ensuring that every batch meets our exacting standards from wort production to final packaging.
You will work closely with our head brewer to manage fermentation schedules, maintain equipment hygiene, and uphold rigorous quality control protocols. Tanggung Jawab
- Execute daily brewing operations according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure recipe consistency.
- Monitor and manage fermentation processes, including yeast management, temperature control, and gravity readings.
- Conduct thorough cleaning and sanitation of brewhouse equipment, tanks, hoses, and bottling/kegging lines.
- Perform quality control checks at various stages of production to maintain premium beer standards.
- Support the packaging team in kegging and bottling operations to ensure timely distribution.
- Maintain precise production logs and inventory records for raw materials and finished goods.
- Ensure a safe working environment by strictly adhering to health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience in a commercial brewery or cellar environment is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of the brewing process, including mashing, boiling, cooling, and fermentation.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including heavy lifting and working in varied temperature environments.
- Excellent attention to detail and a systematic approach to cleaning and sanitation protocols.
- A passion for craft beer and a genuine interest in brewing technology and industry trends.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a close-knit production team.
- Flexibility to work shifts as required by the production schedule.
