- Prepare specialty coffee beverages using manual brewing methods (pour-over, French press, AeroPress) and espresso machines
- Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards for all equipment and workspaces
- Source and manage coffee inventory, ensuring optimal freshness and quality
- Develop and implement innovative seasonal drink menus
- Train junior staff on brewing techniques and customer service standards
- Collaborate with management to optimize coffee operations and cost efficiency
- Provide expert coffee recommendations to enhance customer experience
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience as a professional barista or coffee brewer
- Deep knowledge of coffee varieties, roasting profiles, and brewing methods
- Ability to work efficiently in high-volume, fast-paced environments
- Strong attention to detail and consistency in beverage preparation
- Excellent communication skills with a passion for coffee education
- Basic inventory management and cost control awareness
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid food handling certification preferred
