Tanggung Jawab
- Provide personalized bridal consultations to understand client preferences and recommend suitable gowns
- Drive sales by building strong client relationships and upselling accessories/alterations
- Manage client appointments, measurements, and fitting schedules efficiently
- Stay updated on latest bridal trends, inventory, and product knowledge
- Process transactions accurately and maintain detailed client records
- Collaborate with seamstresses and team to ensure timely alterations and perfect fits
- Contribute to store visual merchandising and maintain a pristine sales floor
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years in luxury retail sales or bridal industry experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach
- Strong fashion sense with ability to assess body types and style preferences
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales transaction software
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and peak wedding seasons
- Diploma in Fashion Merchandising or related field preferred
