We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bridge & RIM (Road Infrastructure Management) Engineer to join our expanding team in Berau, Kalimantan Timur. This role is pivotal in ensuring the integrity, safety, and operational efficiency of our critical infrastructure assets. You will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of bridge structures and haul road networks, implementing preventive maintenance programs, and utilizing cutting-edge engineering practices to optimize site connectivity.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive inspection schedules for bridges, culverts, and haul road infrastructure.
- Perform structural assessments and implement repair or strengthening strategies to meet safety compliance standards.
- Manage RIM (Road Infrastructure Management) systems to optimize road surface conditions, drainage, and safety protocols.
- Provide technical guidance and supervision for on-site construction, maintenance, and rehabilitation projects.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure infrastructure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Analyze data trends regarding infrastructure wear and tear to proactively plan long-term maintenance cycles.
- Ensure strict adherence to environmental and safety regulations throughout all engineering operations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in bridge design, maintenance, or road infrastructure management.
- Proven expertise in structural analysis software and RIM methodologies.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian safety standards (K3) and relevant civil engineering codes.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to provide technical solutions in remote site conditions.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of managing contractors and site crews.
- Willingness to be based in Berau, Kalimantan Timur.
