Tanggung Jawab
- Install, configure, and maintain broadband infrastructure including routers, modems, and fiber optic systems
- Diagnose and resolve connectivity issues through remote and on-site troubleshooting
- Monitor network performance using diagnostic tools to ensure optimal service delivery
- Provide technical support to customers regarding broadband services and equipment usage
- Conduct site surveys for broadband deployment and assess network coverage requirements
- Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize network capacity and expand service areas
- Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations and maintenance activities
- Stay current with emerging broadband technologies and industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Electronics Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in broadband or network support roles
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS) and broadband technologies
- Proficiency in diagnostic tools and network monitoring systems
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with attention to technical detail
- Valid driver's license with willingness for occasional field assignments
- Strong communication skills for customer interactions and team collaboration
- Industry certifications (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Network+) preferred
