Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and nurture existing broker and agent networks to ensure consistent lead generation and sales output.
- Implement and monitor company-led sales and marketing programs to maximize property awareness and interest.
- Regularly distribute sales updates, price lists, and inventory availability to the broker community.
- Coordinate broker briefings, site tripping schedules, and sales events to support project visibility.
- Address inquiries and resolve concerns from brokers promptly to maintain high levels of professional service.
- Gather market feedback from the field and relay insights to the sales management team.
- Prepare periodic sales reports and monitor the performance metrics of the broker channel.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sales coordination, real estate, or business development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and sustain professional relationships.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for report generation and presentations.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with a customer-centric mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Willingness to travel locally within Tanauan City and surrounding areas in Batangas.
