Tanggung Jawab
- Check, prepare, and complete all customs documents necessary for filing of import/export declarations
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations and trade compliance requirements
- Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs authorities
- Maintain accurate records of all customs-related documentation
- Assist in resolving customs clearance issues and discrepancies
- Stay updated on changes in customs regulations and procedures
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely clearance of shipments
- Provide support during customs audits and inspections
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- At least 1-2 years of experience in customs brokerage or logistics documentation
- Strong knowledge of customs procedures and import/export regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and customs documentation software
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
- Prior experience with customs clearance systems is an advantage
