- Process insurance/financial product renewals with 100% accuracy and timeliness
- Manage and organize comprehensive documentation systems for SG/UK markets
- Handle high-volume email communications across multiple time zones
- Coordinate cross-border operations between Singapore and UK teams
- Maintain client relationship databases with real-time updates
- Assist in compliance documentation for international regulatory requirements
- Support brokers with transactional processing and administrative tasks
- Generate periodic operational reports for management review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years in broking support or financial services administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
