As the Program Chair, you will be the cornerstone of our engineering faculty, driving curriculum development, fostering industry partnerships, and ensuring our students receive an education that is not only rigorous but future-ready. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide visionary leadership and administrative oversight for the BS Electrical Engineering department.
- Develop and update the academic curriculum to align with global industry trends and board examination requirements.
- Mentor and evaluate faculty members to ensure high-quality instruction and research output.
- Oversee departmental budget, laboratory facilities, and instructional resources.
- Coordinate with industry partners for student internships, immersion programs, and placement opportunities.
- Monitor student academic progress and implement interventions to ensure high retention and success rates.
- Represent the department in institutional committees, CHED audits, and professional engineering associations.
Kualifikasi
- Must be a Licensed Electrical Engineer (Professional Regulation Commission).
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (PhD is a distinct advantage).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an academic leadership role or senior faculty position.
- Strong knowledge of CHED policies and outcomes-based education (OBE) framework.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills.
- Proven track record in research, curriculum development, or industry consultancy.
- Commitment to academic integrity and student-centered learning.
