In this role, you will act as a key individual contributor, taking ownership of the end-to-end budgeting lifecycle to drive financial excellence and operational efficiency.

You will be responsible for the preparation, consolidation, and meticulous monitoring of financial plans, providing insightful analysis to management to facilitate data-driven decision-making. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the annual, quarterly, and monthly budgeting process, ensuring seamless collaboration across all business units.
- Manage the consolidation of financial data to produce accurate, timely, and comprehensive budget reports.
- Monitor actual versus budget performance, identifying variances and providing actionable recommendations for cost optimization.
- Perform in-depth financial analysis to identify trends and potential risks, supporting senior management in strategic planning.
- Develop and maintain robust internal controls to ensure budget compliance and fiscal responsibility.
- Prepare detailed forecasting models to support business expansion and resource allocation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for financial inquiries related to budget allocation and policy adherence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in budgeting, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), or management accounting.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Proven ability to work independently as an individual contributor while influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset with keen attention to detail and ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or equivalent is highly desirable.
