PT Onda Mega Integra is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Budget Control Staff to join our finance team in Jakarta Utara. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the financial health of our organization by monitoring operational expenses, enforcing budgetary policies, and providing actionable financial insights to management.

Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and track departmental budget utilization against forecasted targets.
- Analyze variance reports to identify discrepancies and suggest corrective actions.
- Review and verify purchase requests to ensure alignment with approved budget allocations.
- Prepare periodic financial performance reports for management review.
- Collaborate with various departments to optimize operational costs and improve efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and statutory accounting standards.
- Support the annual budgeting process through data collection and trend analysis.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in budget control, cost accounting, or financial analysis.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Familiarity with ERP software or accounting information systems.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
