In this pivotal role, you will act as the backbone of our resource management, ensuring that our operational budgeting, asset planning, and procurement processes are executed with precision and strategic foresight.
As our Budgeting and Resources Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of financial resources and procurement administration. You will work closely with department heads to optimize resource allocation, track spending against budget targets, and implement cost-saving measures that support our company's mission to drive financial innovation. We are looking for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses the technical accounting skills necessary to maintain rigorous financial oversight.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, monitor, and manage annual and quarterly operational budgets across multiple departments.
- Oversee procurement administration, including vendor management, purchase order processing, and invoice reconciliation.
- Conduct regular asset planning and inventory audits to ensure optimal utilization and depreciation tracking.
- Analyze resource allocation patterns and provide data-driven recommendations to improve organizational efficiency.
- Collaborate with finance and management teams to forecast cash flow requirements and potential budget variances.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of all financial processes and procurement activities for audit readiness.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process automation within the resource management workflow.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in budgeting, financial analysis, or resource management.
- Proficient in ERP software and advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling).
- Strong understanding of Indonesian accounting standards and procurement best practices.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Detail-oriented mindset with exceptional organizational and multi-tasking capabilities.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to present financial insights to non-financial stakeholders.
