As the Buffet Supervisor, you will serve as the face of our service, ensuring high standards of food presentation, hygiene, and service quality. You will be responsible for the full cycle of buffet operations, from setup and inventory management to breakdown and waste control. - Supervise the daily setup, operation, and breakdown of the buffet line to ensure efficiency and aesthetics.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of 6-10 staff members, providing clear instructions and feedback.
- Monitor food quality, temperature, and presentation standards to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and minimizing food waste.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any service issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction ratings.
- Coordinate with culinary and service teams to synchronize service timing and flow.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (College degree in Hospitality Management is an advantage).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or food service industry.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards (e.g., HACCP) and proper hygiene practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic computer literacy for scheduling and inventory tracking.
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
