Kualifikasi
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 2+ years in technical support or system administration
- Experience with payment systems or fintech platforms preferred
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
