Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular inspections of building facilities to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Coordinate with third-party contractors and service providers for specialized repairs and installations.
- Manage inventory of maintenance tools, spare parts, and office facility supplies.
- Oversee minor construction or renovation projects to ensure they meet company specifications.
- Monitor and troubleshoot building utility consumption, including electricity and water, to ensure operational efficiency.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs to minimize workplace downtime.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in building maintenance, facility management, or a related field.
- Technical or Vocational diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil technology is highly preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, and general building repairs.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, manuals, and blueprints.
- Must be detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Willingness to work on-site in Malabon City and be available for on-call duties when necessary.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with staff and external vendors.
