Recruit Express is seeking a dedicated and skilled Building and Facility Technician (Electrical) to support a leading MNC on a one‑year contract in Joo Koon. You will ensure the reliability and safety of the facility’s electrical systems, performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting faults, and coordinating with contractors. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on switchgear, panels, and distribution boards.
- Diagnose and repair electrical faults in lighting, power systems, and equipment to minimise downtime.
- Monitor and maintain HVAC, fire alarm, and security systems, ensuring safety compliance.
- Assist in installation and commissioning of new electrical equipment and systems.
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialised repairs and verify work quality.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, spare parts inventory, and service reports.
- Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and implement corrective actions.
- Adhere to health, safety, and environmental policies, performing risk assessments as required.
Kualifikasi
- NITEC, Higher NITEC, or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in building maintenance, facility management, or electrical servicing.
- Strong knowledge of electrical circuits, wiring, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Familiarity with Building Management Systems (BMS) and HVAC controls is an advantage.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings.
- Possession of relevant licences such as LEW or equivalent is a plus.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work independently within a team.
- Commitment to workplace safety and availability for rotating shifts if required.
