OTO Group is seeking a dedicated Building and Maintenance Officer to join our team in Jakarta. As our Building and Maintenance Officer, you will oversee end-to-end facility operations, ranging from preventive maintenance scheduling to rapid emergency repairs. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure our workspaces provide an environment where our teams can thrive. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive preventive maintenance schedules for all building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural elements.
- Conduct regular site inspections at Head Office and branch locations to identify potential hazards, wear and tear, or maintenance requirements.
- Coordinate with third-party contractors and service vendors to ensure timely repairs, quality workmanship, and cost-effective solutions.
- Manage the facility budget, including tracking expenses for building improvements, repairs, and supply procurement.
- Monitor building security systems, fire safety equipment, and emergency protocols to ensure full regulatory compliance.
- Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and vendor interactions in a centralized reporting system for management review.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from office staff and resolve facility-related issues with minimal operational disruption.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in building maintenance, facility management, or property operations.
- Strong technical knowledge of building utility systems (electrical, mechanical, plumbing).
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and facility management software.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a hands-on approach to troubleshooting complex building issues.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for vendor management and cross-departmental coordination.
