Tanggung Jawab
- Review and approve mechanical engineering designs for compliance with national building codes (NBCP) and safety standards
- Conduct on-site inspections to verify construction alignment with approved mechanical systems
- Prepare detailed compliance documentation and regulatory submissions for government agencies
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and engineers to resolve compliance discrepancies
- Develop and implement compliance monitoring protocols for ongoing projects
- Investigate non-compliance issues and recommend corrective actions
- Stay updated on evolving building codes, energy efficiency standards, and sustainability practices
Kualifikasi
- Must be a Licensed Mechanical Engineer (PRC license required)
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in building compliance or construction engineering
- Proficiency in interpreting National Building Code of the Philippines (NBCP) standards
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems
- Certification in building inspection or compliance management preferred
- Advanced proficiency in CAD software and technical documentation tools
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
